Cid Alvar had the pleasure of working with a client to refurbish this one-bedroom pied-a-terre in Place Dauphine, Paris. The brief was to create a space suitable for a professional, characterised with contemporary Parisienne style.

Penthouse an der Spree

The owner of this property had been living in a contemporary home outside of Berlin. They decided to exchange this for the hustle and bustle of Berlin Mitte, downsizing into a new build Penthouse Property along the Spree.

House in Canoas

2017

Cid Alvar was invited to design a new contemporary single occupancy residence for a hotel development owned and managed by a prominent international hotelier.

Rue de Turenne

2018

The clients wanted to create something unique, opulent but at the same time liveable. Cid Alvar proposed to open-up and frame the various spaces, culminating in a light, contemporary scheme. A selection of bespoke joinery, such as the kitchen was designed for this project.

Bali House

2016

Visuals created to share a design proposal of a double-height living space central to this new-build brutalist house, based in Bali, Indonesia. The house is located in a small valley nestled within rice fields on the south coast of the island.

Berkeley Square

2019

To be revealed....Cid Alvar is designing this luxury prime central London apartment. The brief is to create a modern and mature space, with references to Italian mid-century design. It is proposed to work with a selection of rich colours and unique textures to bring this scheme to life.
